So I’m very satisfied with the purchase. Shipping took a while, because shipper is in AUS and I’m in the USA. But I did get tracking updates of course. Love this shop :-)

Refunds + Returns
+ For damaged on arrival: I require photos of damage including packaging before a refund is processed. In most cases you don't have to return the item.
+ For lost mail: full refund - the time period waited until something is considered lost depends on your location. If the tracking shows delivered I will do what I can to help track it down.
+ For refused mail or address fault: partial refund - if/when it is returned to me it can be re-shipped (postage paid by you) or I can refund minus original shipping. Please make sure your address is correct.
Items returned without previously arranging with me are not considered for refund and will incur a shipping charge if you want it sent it back to you.
